I'm sure she didn't plan on becoming pregnant...it was probably an accident and she didn't believe in abortion. I mean I don't know anyone my age who actually PLAN to have a baby when they're in high school and don't even know what they want to do for a job...

I really hope she ISN'T pregnant again...I mean she had her first child not that long ago...and she's 17 now...she hasn't even married casey (or watever his name is) how does she know he'll stay with her for sure? They're just kids...

I think she is already off the show. the thing about her is that everyone makes a big thing about her like its good for a girl of her age to have a baby.
